At MXZ Gaming, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return and warranty process.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
- All accessories must be included
- Products showing signs of damage, heavy use, or modification may not be eligible
Fees:
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
2. Custom-Built Systems
- Custom-built systems are eligible for return only in cases of confirmed hardware defects verified by our support team.
- Orders canceled more than 24 hours after placement but before shipment may be subject to a processing fee of up to 20%.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
4. Exchanges & Warranty
- To exchange an item, customers should first return the original product and then place a new order.
- All systems include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
5. Return Instructions
Customers must contact our support team before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
